Carmen Winnig earned her B.A. degree in Communications at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  She oversees all operations for Marzano & Associates, which includes:

• Project Management
• Human Resources
• Finances
• Communications
• Marketing

In addition to these duties, she assists in every facet of our services.
